FAQ
Which areas do you service?
I serve clients in Ventura and Los Angeles counties in California, and in Clark County in Nevada. With enough advanced notice, I may be available for travel to other locations for an additional fee (depending on the location and time of year). If you would like to shoot at multiple locations, an additional travel fee will be charged on top of your package price.
How much notice do you require for booking a Photoshoot?
I generally require 4 weeks' advanced notice of the date for your photoshoot. However, sometimes I do have a last-minute opening, so you can always contact me to check my availability.
How much is the booking fee required to hold my date?
I charge a non-refundable booking fee of $100 in order for me to reserve/hold the date of your photoshoot. That fee counts toward your total photoshoot fee. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival to the photoshoot. As an example, if your photoshoot package costs $200, you will owe me $100 at booking, and then pay me the remaining balance of $100 the day of your photoshoot when we arrive. If I do not receive payment for the remaining balance on the day of your shoot, I will not edit your photos until I receive that payment. This may delay the delivery date of your gallery.
What should I wear for photos?
As a best practice, I recommend sticking with solid colors (jewel tones and pastels are great). Prints, graphic tees, and tight patterns can be distracting in photos and generally do not look as flattering as solid colors. However, depending on the style you are trying to achieve and your particular preferences, you should wear whatever makes you feel confident. Remember, the best thing you can wear is a smile! If you have questions about outfits, I am happy to assist.
When will I get my photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all of your photo proofs within one (1) week of your shoot. When you receive the link to the photo proofs gallery, you will create a favorites list of all of the photos you would like me to edit (in accordance with the number of photos within the package you chose). After you have completed your favorites list, I will edit your photos. Your finished photo gallery will be ready within 4 weeks of receiving your completed favorites list (sometimes less depending on the season). If you require a shorter timeline, you can request a rush on your gallery for an additional $50. Rushed galleries are typically generated within 2 weeks. Once I email you the link to your finished gallery, you can download all of the high-resolution photos directly from the gallery and have them printed at the lab of your choosing.
How many photos will I receive?
The number of edited images I will provide you will be in accordance with the package you chose:

If you wish to add more photos to your package, each additional photo will be $10.
What if I need to cancel/reschedule?
I understand that emergencies happen, especially in these uncertain times. However, I do ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your photoshoot. The $100 non-refundable booking fee will transfer to your next scheduled date as long as your shoot is rescheduled within 6 months from the original date.
Do you offer any discounts or rewards for returning clients?
YES! For returning clients, for each client you refer to me that ends up booking with me, you will receive $25 off the total cost of your next shoot. The client that you referred must have completed their shoot and paid me for services rendered before the $25 credit can be applied to your package.
